2. Purpose

These general conditions of use and sale (hereinafter “GCU/GTC”) govern access to and use of the Site as well as the reservation, purchase and monitoring of online FLE courses offered by the teacher.

 

3. Services offered

- Private FLE lessons via videoconference.
- Group or thematic workshops (depending on available schedule).
- Packs of several courses at a preferential rate.
- Online educational resources.

 

4. Reservation

- Reservations are made online via the Calendly platform, accessible from the Site.
- Booking confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

 

5. Payment

- Payment is required at the time of booking or purchasing a package.
- The accepted payment methods are:
- Bank card via Stripe (secure payment)
- Bank transfer (bank details are provided upon booking).
- No course will be given without prior payment.

 

6. Validity of packs

- Course packs must be fully used within 6 months of the date of purchase.
- After this period, unused sessions will be lost and no refund can be requested.

 

7. Cancellation and refund

- Cancellation by the student: any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is due in full.
- Cancellation by the teacher: a new date will be proposed or a full refund will be issued.

 

8. Responsibilities

- The student must have suitable equipment (computer, webcam, microphone, stable Internet connection).
- The teacher cannot be held responsible for interruptions linked to a poor connection on the student's side.
- Educational content (documents, videos, supports) is intended for strictly personal use and cannot be shared without written authorization.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and the educational materials provided are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without authorization is prohibited.

 

10. Personal data

- The data collected (name, email, payment information) is necessary for managing reservations.
- In accordance with the GDPR, each user has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

- Data is never resold to third parties.

 

11. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, express jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
